Day 1 : Arrival

On arrival in Sri Lanka, transfer to Bentota. Check into Eden Resort & Spa. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure at the beach. Stay overnight at the Eden Resort & Spa, Bentota.

Day 2 :

After breakfast, enjoy a full body massage at the spa. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure at the beach. Stay overnight at the Eden Resort & Spa, Bentota.

Day 3 :

After enjoying breakfast, leave for a boat safari at the Benthara River. Enjoy the evening at leisure at the beach. Stay overnight at the Eden Resort & Spa, Bentota.

Day 4 :

After enjoying breakfast, leave for Nuwara Eliya via Kitulgala. Kitulgala is the place where the acclaimed Oscar-winning movie ‘The Bridge on the River Kwai’ was filmed. En route, visit a tea plantation & tea factory where the best tea in the world is produced. You will also get to learn about the process of manufacturing tea and witness how it is graded. Taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory. Hereon, proceed to Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara Eliyas invigorating mountain climate and scenery has made it Sri Lanka’s most popular hill resort. Nuwara Eliya boasts of producing a considerable share of the worlds’ best teas. It is also home to Sri Lanka’s highest mountain, Pidurutalagala (8282 feet). Besides this, Nuwara Eliya has one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in South Asia. Hereon, move on to visit the waterfalls, i.e. St. Clare’s and Devon. Thereafter, enjoy dinner at The Train (The Train is a fine dining restaurant inside the hotel and offers a unique dining experience). Stay overnight at the Tea Factory Hotel.

Day 5 :

After breakfast, enjoy the day at leisure at the hotel. Stay overnight at the Tea Factory Hotel, Nuwara Eliya.

Day 6 :

After enjoying breakfast, leave for Kandy. Check into Amaya Hills Hotel. In the evening, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and thereafter, enjoy watching a cultural show of traditional Sri Lankan dance. Return to the hotel. Stay overnight at Amaya Hills Hotel.

Day 7 :

After enjoying breakfast, leave for Colombo. En route, visit the elephant orphanage in Pinnawala. Check-in to the Spa Deluxe Room at Galle Face Hotel. In the evening, embark on a sightseeing tour of Colombo driving through the commercial Fort area so named because both the Portuguese and Dutch once had a fort in this area. Drive past Pettah, a noisy oriental bazaar (marketplace) chock-a-block with ancient vehicles, mosques, temples and great bargains. Visit the Hindu temple & drive past Jumi-Ul Alfar Jumma Mosque. Continue the tour by moving through the Wolvendaal Dutch Church and Hultsdorf Law Courts to arrive at the residential area of Cinnamon Gardens. From here, move on to the Independence Square and Bandaranayke Memorial International Conference Hall. Also visit the Ceramics Corporation Showroom, Majestic City shopping complex, House of Fashion and the Odel Unlimited dress boutique. Stay overnight at the Galle Face Hotel, Colombo.

Day 8 :

After enjoying breakfast, proceed to the airport for departure.
